Delivery

Important: We do not yet have an online store. Delivery is organised under an individual B2B agreement with restaurants and retail chains.
1. How we agree delivery
We get in touch and agree on:
- delivery address and receiving time,
- quantity, packaging and range,
- delivery date and estimated time window,
- storage / transport conditions (if applicable).
2. Delivery time
Timing depends on the order size and schedule. We confirm the specific date when confirming the order.
3. Delivery price
The delivery price, if applicable, is stated in the offer / invoice or contract.
4. Receiving goods
When receiving goods, we recommend checking immediately:
- quantities and names according to the delivery note / invoice,
- packaging condition,
- if relevant — temperature and storage conditions.
If you see a discrepancy, it is best to report it immediately or within 24 hours.
