Our story began about 10 years ago with
a very down-to-earth realisation: health is our greatest
treasure. It was a shift in awareness that slowly
brought a desire to eat differently — with love for ourselves.
Over those years we went through the whole food drama — from “now I’m changing everything” to “I don’t want to, I’m not doing it anymore”. And you know what? That is completely normal. Healthy eating can be complicated. It takes time, knowledge, patience and very good taste. That is why Parpaliai appeared — plant-based bites whose recipes were tested not by food trends, but by life.
